In reading the letter, "I Guess I Shouldn't Refer to the President as 'Dubya'",  I could detect the disappointment in the federal worker's diatribe in missing out on an expected windfall at the federal trough delivered at the expense of federal workers who lost their lives on 9/11.  Many would agree that 'Dubya' is no friend of those whose total concern in life is for the almighty dollar.
