This website centers around the goings-on at SIMMONSPORT, my home on the lake -- and the goings-on of my family ---- my wife, Lydia and our married sons John, Roger and Scott and their families --

It further centers around my extended Simmons family --

Coming from a family of nine kids, there are many siblings and offspring out there -- (thankfully, a close-knit family) -- and MANY are on the internet --- (thirty six to date) --- having formed a "SIMFAM Net" through which we keep in touch and swap the latest gossip --

Hopefully, the site, along with the email Net, will provide a means for sharing WASSUP in our lives via text, photos, graphics and whatever else technology offers in the future --

To date, those interested in the concept of this site to the point of contributing, is small - but with scanner capability becoming commonplace, it may increase ---
