The author of "U.N. Resolution was Clearly Written and Understood", Sat, Mar 8,  rightly states, "Every U.S. citizen and all citizens in free countries around the globe should carefully read U.N. Resolution 1441, accepted Nov. 8, 2002".  Many would agree.  Now, if only the UN Security Council might do the same.
