Harvey Gaither  suggests that perhaps letter writer, Cobb, should take a refresher course in government and how it works.

It appears from his Mar 3 letter, "Business Owners'Choice“ , that Mr Cobb knows all too well how government works today.  That's why he's addressing the problem in a manner in which the founders of our government intended. 

Today's monarchical government, having become the "seeing eye dog" for Harvey, has obviously blinded him to that fact.
