Re the water agreement, Pam Wilson opined, "In this state of abundant water resources, our rivers are truly blessings. As negotiations go forward, let's realize and rejoice that our maker's blessings are not limited".  I disagree with Pam that "our maker's blessings are not limited".  Pam's opinion itself, a gift of her maker's blessing of knowledge,  is an example of blessings,  obviously limited.
